We've also worked with a variety of other vendors on projects, such as integrating add-ons. If part of a project requires a certification that we don't have, we'll proactively point out the need, and are happy to work with other vendors, or recommend one with references from our experience.

 

Integral to our consultive relationship approach, we have agency relations with; literally, dozens of 'Carriers', so we can find rate plans and service bundles best suited a clients' actual usage. We don't just tout 'per-minute' du jour; we offer audits of past usage to concretely cost-justify proposed changes. Also, our ongoing experience with carriers sometimes lets us spot potential 'speed bumps'; if a carrier is 'reorganizing' and has had cutover dates slip, they may still be OK for adding some new lines, but we might recommend thinking twice about using only them for moving to a new location. We do track carrier orders, not just submit them, but a few have had (usually brief) periods of last-minute surprises, and if that's happening, we've probably heard about it. Our long association with the carriers also lets us know who to contact, there, to effectively escalate a business-threatening emergency.
